Where does NO/FAITH STUDIOS ship from and do you offer international delivery?
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Germany. We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express and UPS to ensure your items reach you safely wherever you are located.
What is your return policy for limited drops?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I determine the right size for denim and leather pieces?
Our garments often feature unique silhouettes, ranging from ultra-cropped to oversized. Detailed size charts are available on each product page. We recommend measuring a similar item you own to ensure the perfect fit.

How should I care for my heavy-distressed or leather items?
To preserve the unique finish of our specialty fabrics, we recommend professional leather cleaning for cowhide pieces and cold hand-washing or dry cleaning for distressed denim. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
For orders outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
